“Fire music of the highest quality (wordsandmusic)” Peter Broetzmann (Germany, reeds) - the living legend of the European new jazz. Considering his 40-years-career and more than 100 albums, but also many current projects, Broetzmann is still one of the most influential figures of the new music. In this trio his associates are bassist Marino Pliakas (Switzerland/Greece) and drummer Michael Wertmueller (Switzerland/Germany). Broetzmann-Pliakas-Wertmueller toured since fall 2004 all over the world Herr Brö himself refers to FULL BLAST as "THE TRIO" (Atavistic) As special guest, Mars WILLIIAMS (Chicago), a long time member of "PB's Chicago Tentet", founding member of bands like "Liquid Soul", "NRG Ensemble" etc. and played with the likes of the Psychedelic Furs, Massacre, Ministry, Billy Idol, Power Station, Billy Squier etc.
